Where do you come from?
We live together in Munich City, but originally we’re both from (the German state of) North Rhine-Westphalia.

Where do you like to meet with your friends?
Our favourite is to meet in a nice bar /restaurant, in summer we like to go to the Isar meadows or in one of the many beer gardens.

Could you please describe a perfect Sunday?
Sleep late, sports, movies / museums and the like, followed by a nice cup of coffee, preferably outside in summer of course, in a beer garden or similar locale.

What characteristics would you use to describe your city?
Bavarian "Gemütlichkeit" combined with big-city flair!

What short trips would you recommend in the region?
To the mountains or of course to one of the many beautiful lakes in the area (we especially like Lake Walchen and Lake Wörth).

Do you share a passion, or a hobby?
Theatre, music and the movies.

What is your biggest shared dream and what would you be prepared to do for it?
Our own playhouse! But at the moment the only thing that could help us get it is to "play the lottery".

Where do you like to go shopping?
In Munich on Hohenzollernstr. and Sendlinger Str, a lot of tempting shops, and some of them are a bit different, too!

What three things are typical of your city?
The (Oktoberfest) "Wiesn", the Viktualienmarkt and the beer gardens of course!

Where’s the best place to go out with friends?
We personally prefer the area around Gärtnerplatz, it has a lot of nice bars and restaurants, our favourites include the bar "for friends" and the "Lizard Lounge", and if we’re feeling Bavarian, we might go for a meal at the "Schmausefalle" /Munich-Au, (they have a very nice little beer garden as well). In summer, we like the "Hofbräukeller" beer garden in Haidhausen, too.

What’s your favourite way to relax?
A good book and a nice glass of red wine

Are you more Latte Macchiato or espresso types?
Mostly espresso!

Do you drink your espresso black?
Yes (with a bit of sugar).

Where do you get the city’s most delicious espresso?
At "Paulo" on Türkenstr./Schwabing.

How much sugar do you take in your espresso?
A full small teaspoon.
