- 7 g coffee yield 25-30 ml of espresso in 25 seconds.
- 20 seconds for an espresso corto,
- 30 seconds for an espresso lungo
Pour an espresso and 70 ml of hot milk to a porcelain cup (170) ml.
Top with hot foamed milk.
A chocolate-covered espresso bean rounds off this speciality coffee.
Small (250 ml)
Pour 120 ml hot milk into the glass (roughly 1/2) and top with hot foamed milk.
Add an espresso.
Large (360 ml)
Pour 200 ml hot milk into the glass (roughly 2/3) and top with hot foamed milk.
Add two espressos.
Pour an espresso into a
Caffè Latte cup or glass and fill nearly to the rim with hot milk.
Add a little hot foamed milk.
Serve with a cocoa-covered almond as a treat.
